The room showed wear, but the location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The ongoing renovation caused some issues, but the central location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, a positive experience for our NYC adventures.

Overall, the central location saved the trip from being a complete disappointment.

The staff is thoughtful, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is magnificent adjacent to cafes and Grand Central Station, Madison Ave, Park Ave and Subway. The onsite bar is exquisite, the barmen offers bottled drinks.

Awesome spot! The room had everything we needed, including a big TV and coffee setup - very rare, gotta love it! The staff were super friendly and helpful, plus the location rocks, no need for taxis, just walk everywhere, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around for convenience. The only downside was a slight chill the first day, but the extra blanket fixed that - no biggie! 🌟

The hotel was affordable, we loved its excellent friendly staff. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was non-smoking, unique. Very central location was a plus. The property itself was in a local area.

the room was very clean and the high ceilings and stained glass windows made it a warm and imposing room. a block away from grand central station - it was so easy to get around the city. also, the helpful staff went above and beyond - like randy who assisted in drying my pants after i spilled a milkshake.

You couldn't threaten the room. The air conditioning was only switched on for cooling and when the temperature outside fell, all that was left was to take an extra blanket to sleep.

The Dylan dazzles with delectable dining options that will make your taste buds do the salsa. Think juicy steaks at Benjamin Steakhouse Prime and mouthwatering Mediterranean dishes at Pera Brasserie. Plus, the hotel staff is as sweet as a cronut, always ready to cater to your needs.

Despite some hiccups with the WiFi causing some turbulence, the manager swooped in like a hero to save the day. The room decor may have been as tired as a New Yorker during rush hour, but hey, even with doors that seemed to have a mind of their own, The Dylan still sparkled.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, close to everything both on foot and by subway, a 10. The old room but spacious, quiet and comfortable beds.

The bathroom was quite old and had no heating at all, you had to think twice to get in the shower. The monotonous, limited breakfast.

class location (close to ventral station and bryant park). rooms were well equipped, you can expect in this category. free wifi was available and worked without problems. it was cleaned daily. why one changes the towels every day, they are hung up, is not clear to me. one already tried to communicate with us beforehand via whatsapp.

unfortunately the heating in the bathroom failed on 4 of 8 nights, bathroom was icy. in the morning everyone told something different why that would be. the windows are badly insulated. it got cold immediately, daily flat rate of 5$ for water and coffee pads is mandatory (although you don't like coffee).

Chose this hotel for a work appointment and the location was ideal for group gatherings and business meetings. The staff were consummate hosts and helped facilitate a successful event. The fitness and business centers were convenient for staying in shape and focused during my stay, whether for work or vacation.

The only thing I missed was not having a dedicated coworking space provided within the hotel for my work needs.

The location was really good. The room was fine, a big bed and a nice, spacious bathroom that did its job. The hotel facilities also made me happy; there were vending machines, good elevators, the heating (air) worked perfectly... but I never used the gym.

The window of the room literally looked out on the wall of a building about 3 or 4 meters away. In addition, the hotel restaurant is quite expensive, so if your travel budget is not too high, you can rule out that option.

The oversized work desk with high-speed internet connection was a lifesaver during my business trip. I was able to finish my work in record time and still have a few minutes to spare for some online shopping - multitasking at its finest!

We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right across from Grand Central which made it easy to access the city. the staff, especially Juan at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. the beds and pillows were comfy, and the shower was good. We also liked the quiet location, which ensured a good night's sleep. the wifi in the room was also satisfactory.

The toilet cistern was not working properly and a toilet brush was needed. There is only one hanger in the bathroom, for two people another is needed, to dry the towels well . I would have liked a shower cap. . . There is a lack of insulation in the windows.

The establishment is ideally located. It is not far from Times Square (10 minutes walk or 1 subway stop). Bryant Park area. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with all administrative procedures, transfers and museum bookings. Water is added to the room daily and free of charge. There is coffee and tea available (also free of charge). A fridge is present and can be filled with personal drinks. The cleaning is impeccable and precise.

I find the price of breakfast excessive in relation to what is offered ($19). I strongly advise to eat outside since everything is accessible in the surroundings (Grand central station). I was surprised by the deposit for the room (300 dollars). An unspecified expense at the time of the reservation and which can put a knife in the holiday budget especially as it is justified by a fridge (empty). You might as well know it in advance. The room, although cleaned, may be a bit old-fashioned. The view from the room, even though it had to look out over the city, was rather directed towards the offices of the building in front of it. Logical in New-York but can be unpleasant because of the spacing between the buildings. Tip: leave the curtains closed.

My friends and I had an epic time exploring NYC while staying at Dylan Hotel Nyc. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from Grand Central Terminal and One Vanderbilt, which made getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that could have made our stay even more lit would have been a fun rooftop party scene for young adults like us. But hey, we still made the most of our time in the city and had an absolute blast!

My recent stay at Dylan Hotel Nyc was fantastic! I was in New York for a business trip and stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, and the Public Library just a short walk away. Times Square and Rockefeller Center are also easily accessible on foot. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a safe, fridge, and coffee maker. I also appreciated the absence of resort fees. It was a truly great experience!
